Tragedy took place to the family of Bobby Brown as they mourn the sudden passing of his son, Bobby Brown Jr., at the tender age of 28.
As per to close sources to the family, Bobby Jr. was found deceased on Wednesday in his residence in the Los Angeles. Authorities are now at the scene, but at this juncture, there are no evidence of foul play attaempt.
Bobby Brown Jr. was one of the 7 children of Bobby Brown, the celebrated vocalist. His mom, Kim Ward, had a connection with Bobby Brown spanning 11 years before he became engaged to the iconic Whitney Houston.
This sudden demise echoes a painful chapter in the Brown family’s history, as they earlier mourned the passing of Bobby Brown’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, in 2015. She was discovered dead in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
The family is undoubtedly going via a hard time, and condolences and prayers are with them during this grief period and loss.
During the interview, Jada questioned Bobby if he knew his late son had been “struggling in related to drugs,” and the “My Prerogative” performer answered that he didn’t. He then cleared that his son “wasn’t a user” in the way that Bobby himself had been.
“He would experiment with different stuffs,” the star said. “It wasn’t like he was dependent on drugs, like when I was in my situation. I depended — I needed it. He was a young man that attempt the wrong thing, and it took him out of here.”
He continued, “These kids, to this day, they’re trying different stuffs. They’re trying to get as high as they can possibly get. That’s a real trouble because they don’t know what these drugs are being mixed with these days.”
Willow agreed that fentanyl is of particular concern lately, including, “My generation is kind of spiraling.”
